Bright green fluorogen for FAST & splitFAST — instantaneous, fully reversible, oxygen-independent.
TFLime (HMBR) is a cell-permeant green fluorogenic reporter for the FAST and splitFAST protein tags. Non-fluorescent in solution, it switches on to bright green fluorescence the instant it binds FAST — fully reversibly, with no oxygen and no maturation time.
