match550 (HBR-2,5DM) is a fluorogenic molecular glue for the CATCHFIRE chemically induced dimerization system. It reversibly assembles FIREtag and FIREmate and, on assembly, switches on green-yellow (~550 nm) fluorescence, reporting protein proximity in real time.
