match715 (HPAR-3,5DOM) is a near-infrared fluorogenic molecular glue for CATCHFIRE. Working with FIREtag and nir-FIREmate, it reversibly reports induced protein proximity with near-infrared (~715 nm) fluorescence for deep-tissue and highly multiplexed imaging.
