Non-permeant yellow fluorogen for selective labeling of cell-surface FAST proteins.
TFAmber-NP (HBRAA-3E) is a membrane-impermeant yellow fluorogen that stays outside the cell, so it selectively labels FAST-tagged proteins at the cell surface, ideal for trafficking and internalization studies.
