TFCarmine
Near-infrared fluorogen designed exclusively for nirFAST — for deep-tissue and multiplexed imaging.
TFCarmine (HPAR-3,5DOM) is a membrane-permeant near-infrared fluorogen that selectively labels nirFAST-tagged proteins. Designed together with nirFAST, it works exclusively with this variant, adding a clean near-IR channel for high spectral multiplexing and STED nanoscopy.
