Bright green fluorogen for FAST & splitFAST, instantaneous, fully reversible, oxygen-independent.
TFLime (HMBR) is a cell-permeant green fluorogenic reporter for the FAST and splitFAST protein tags. Non-fluorescent in solution, it switches on to bright green fluorescence the instant it binds FAST, fully reversibly, with no oxygen and no maturation time.

Applications
Live-cell fluorescence imaging, on-demand and reversible labeling, multicolor imaging alongside greenFAST/redFAST, and fluorescence-based assays and biosensors.
