STEP 2
Shipment / Payment
All our reagents are available off the shelf allowing prompt shipment upon order notification. They ship express (usually Colissimo in European Union and DHL for the rest of the world) at room temperature.
Two options for order placement / payment:
1/ by bank wire onto our bank account within 30 days after shipment: issue a purchase order to Clarisse
2/ by credit card (we welcome Mastercard or Visa, no Amex, nor Diners): upon request, Clarisse will provide you with a secure link to our bank’s back office.
Invoicing and payment in EUR only. Check payments are highly discouraged. They must anyway be issued by European banks.
We ship DAP, you hence have to pay custom duties on your own.
