The Fluorogens for FAST and splitFAST

The Twinkle Factory offers a variety of Fluorogens for FAST and splitFAST differing by their color (emission wavelength), their brightness (quantum yield), and their affinity for the tag. They also may be non-permeant through mammalian cell membranes (NP).

Most of them can be used with any version of FAST (i.e., FAST1, FAST2, tdFAST1, tdFAST2, frFAST) or splitFAST.

Plasmids for FAST and splitFAST in mammalian cells have been made available on Addgene by Prof. Arnaud Gautier so to help expedite your research.
