The TFFluorogens

The Twinkle Factory offers a variety of TFFluorogens differing by their color (emission wavelength) and their brightness (quantum yield). They also may be non-permeant through mammalian cell membranes (NP).

All of them can be used with any version of FAST (i.e., FAST1, FAST2, tdFAST1, tdFAST2) or splitFAST.

Plasmids for FAST and splitFAST in mammalian cells have been made available on Addgene by Prof. Arnaud Gautier so to help expedite your research.
